Faith-Based
The Stoplight Approach, while grounded completely in science, has supplementary faith-based content that can be integrated throughout your learning. If you come from a Christian background and desire a course that’s also Christ-centred, this course is for you!
Science Only
If you’re only interested in the physiological, psychological, and sociological side of The Stoplight Approach, this course is for you. While we do offer supplementary faith-based content, Stoplight is 100% grounded in scientifically verified studies and can be used in any context, religious or not.

Join an online Cohort (weekly meetings)
In a group, meet weekly online with one of our Stoplight representatives who will facilitate discussion and help answer questions.
Once you have signed up for the course, you will receive an email asking for contact information so we can place you in the best cohort for your needs and location.
form a local group (your own agreed upon schedule)
Find a small (or large!) local group of people who wish to apply The Stoplight Approach together. Are you a group of parents? Church leaders/volunteers? Social workers? Refugee workers?
Join other like-minded people and explore how you can change your environment to be a Stoplight environment together.
embark on a Solo journey (at your own pace)
If you can’t commit to weekly meetings, but are still interested in learning more about Stoplight through online video training, there’s no shame in signing up on your own and implementing what you learn at your own pace.
