Our Work
The Stoplight Approach is for everyone!
We want as many people as possible to take it on in their own settings - whether it is a family, a school, a community group, a business or an organization - the Stoplight Approach is designed to be relevant for any setting. Our team consistently creates resources for various environments that provides tools for different ages and contexts.
Families
Whether stay-at-home or working, parenting is a full-time occupation - and sometimes it can feel daunting and overwhelming. Stoplight provides parents with resources to help them understand how to develop safe and loving homes to help their children feel loved and connected.
Babies and toddlers
Parenting young children can be overwhelming and exhausting. Your little ones are constantly sending emotional signal that don’t always make sense.
School aged Children
The simplified common language we use makes it easy for children of all ages to understand how their brain works and to recognize and moderate their emotions.
Youth
Through the ages of 12-25 the brain matures and develops at a rapid pace. Teenagers and young adults can more easily navigate the complexities of their world and mind using Stoplight tools.
SCHOOLS & COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
Stoplight presents teachers with the tools to understand emotional intelligence, develop trust based relationships with their students, and figure out how best to respond to the myriad of behavioural issues they face each day.
people with disabilities
The Stoplight Approach has been beneficial to organizations such as L’Arche Manchester in providing a common language and understanding.
trauma and grief
The Approach can and has been applied in refugee contexts and to people dealing with different kinds of trauma and grief. Coming soon is a book focused on grief.
Faith Based Communities And Churches
The Stoplight Approach integrates science and the Bible for a holistic understanding of emotions and behaviour.
We Welcome You!
