The Stoplight Approach is for everyone! We want as many people as possible to take it on in their own settings - whether it is a family, a school, a community group, a business or an organization - the Stoplight Approach is designed to be relevant for any setting. Our team consistently creates resources for various environments that provides tools for different ages and contexts.
Families
Whether stay-at-home or working, parenting is a full-time occupation - and sometimes it can feel daunting and overwhelming. Stoplight provides parents with resources to help them understand how to develop safe and loving homes to help their children feel loved and connected.

Babies and toodlers
School aged Children
Whether in a group, class or home setting, lead your children through 10 interactive lesson to understand their brain and how to improve their emotional intelligence.
Youth

We hope to integrate our resources into organizations working with people of all ages and abilities. We also aim to impact on a systemic level by implanting the Stoplight Approach into national levels, for example by integrating it into teacher training.

SCHOOLS, CLASSES & COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
Whether full-time or substitute teachers, leaders of children/youth community classes and programs, behaviour management can be a nightmare. Extending beyond the scope of behaviour management, Stoplight presents teachers with the tools to understand emotional intelligence, develop trust based relationships with their students, and figure out how best to respond to the myriad of behavioural issues they face each day.
Endless Other Avenues
The Stoplight Approach has endless contexts it is relevant to and can be applied to.
This includes refugees and people dealing with trauma and grief.
Organizations or classrooms assisting people with disabilities or learning differences. For example L’Arche in Manchester has benefited from the common language amongst caregivers and clients.
The approach can be applied to workplaces for conflict management and to sustain overall wellbeing of employees.
